The hotel's location is superb, very close to the Gateway of India and the Taj hotel. The rooms, although showing some age, presented a good size with one king bed and one single bed. The service was attentive and quick to resolve issues, but the staff's loud chatting could be distracting. The dining was quite tasty despite limited items, and the facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the classic SoBo hotel offered clean and comfortable rooms, it was evident that the hotel has certainly seen better days. The surrounding noise at night and presence of mosquitoes in room 406 were definite drawbacks.
